7. Working principle
(Automatic turning machine and single-grouping-transporting-stacking system working principle drawing)

8. Installation and commission of Robot stacking system

9. Operation rule of Robot stacking system

2). Before starting
(1).Before starting the machine to carefully check whether there is any foreign material dry material and blank body, if there should be immediately removed.
(2).Check whether the fasteners are loose and the bearing chains are lubricated well.
(3).Check whether the position of the photoelectric switch is offset and whether it works normally.
(4).Check whether the air pressure is normal, whether the joint is leaking, whether the solenoid valve is normal.
(5).Check the tightness of the chain everywhere to avoid tooth jump and chain break.
(6).Check whether the synchronous belt is in its guide groove and whether the movement is smooth. If there is any jamming or accidental wear, the installation position of guide groove should be adjusted timely.
(7).Check whether there is any foreign body in the tooth slot of each synchronous belt. If there is, remove it immediately.
(8).Check whether the flat belt is out of alignment. If it is found out, adjust it immediately to avoid belt damage.
(9).Check the tightness of each belt, if found too loose should be promptly retightened.
(10).Check whether the lifting parts operate flexibly and whether there is interference with adjacent parts.
(11).Before the automatic operation, the partition should be no-load operation, confirm the normal operation, can be turned into the automatic state.
3). Runtime
(1).During the operation of the equipment, personnel should stay away from the moving part to avoid personal injury.
(2).In the control of the system, a large number of sensors are used to control the motor, cylinder and other moving parts. Under the condition of power, the photoelectric switch and proximity switch cannot be touched. All sensors should be kept clean with no debris around, so as to avoid triggering the wrong action of the transmitter.
(3).It is not allowed to deal with the faults of rotating parts and moving parts when the equipment is running, so as to avoid accidents. In case of failure or emergency, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately.
(4).In case of repair or replacement of parts, turn off the motor, air compressor, cut off the power supply, and take effective measures to ensure that the machine stops operation to avoid causing casualties.
(5).During the operation of the equipment, it is forbidden to clean the stuck materials and waste blank. All equipment must stop running completely after the machine is shut down.
(6).In case of failure or foreign body falling, stop immediately and inform the upper and next working procedure.
(7).The relative moving parts and lubrication points should be regularly checked and cleaned, lubrication parts should not be short of oil.
(8).Check the braking motor and brake braking at any time, if you find that the slippage separation does not open and overheating phenomena, timely treatment.
(9).All sensors and coders and encoders belong to the precision electrical components, not impact, not water.
(10).Check the temperature rise of motor reducer and bearing frequently, and solve the overheating in time.
(11).Do not use wet hands to operate the buttons and touch screens.
4). After shutdown
(1).Power and air source should be turned off after shutdown.
(2).Clean up all parts of the brick, especially the supporting roller, avoid keeping for a long time, to prevent roll mud.
(3).Clean all sticky materials, wipe all guide bearings clean and grease once.
(4).Clean equipment and environment, make shift records.
10. Maintenance of Robot stacking system
Tilting belt conveyor, Auto storage belt conveyor, automatic turning machine and single-grouping-transporting-stacking system.
1.Keep the work surface of the system clean and dry, avoid rain and snow wetting and check and clean the wet soil or other sundries on the surface of supporting rollers.
2.Add # 7 to # 10 lubricating oil in the pneumatic duplex oil cup, adjust the oil consumption knob, and keep each cup of oil used for 3 to 7 days.
3.Bearings, sliders, gear and rack shall be lubricated regularly (with lithium base grease) to ensure their smooth operation.
4.After using for a period of time, check the tension of each conveyor belt and chain.
5.Check the sealing condition of each cylinder regularly. If air leakage is found to be so serious that it affects the smooth completion of the system, it is necessary to replace the cylinder or strengthen the sealing of the cylinder.
6.Check the tightness of bolts in each moving part regularly.
10.Common fault and eliminating methods of Robot stacking system
1.Because the brick factory usually works in semi-open air, the conveyors are easy to age, so they need to be replaced regularly.
2.The movement of each slider on the guide rail is not smooth, because the mechanism works for a long time and is affected by a variety of impact force, resulting in the corresponding guide rail is not parallel to each other, the need for parallel adjustment.
3.When the motor with friction wheel is working, the friction disc of friction wheel is easy to wear, and it needs to be replaced when the wear is serious.
11.Safety Caution of Robot stacking system
1.Electrical installation must be implemented reliable grounding, cable must go through PVC pipe or other insulation pipe buried in the ground, to avoid damage leakage.
2.Equipment protection facilities must be firmly installed, not removed.
3.Operators and nearby operators must wear safety goggles and helmets.
4.Must stop power supply can be replaced after the wire inspection and maintenance.
